At Stio, we want you to be fully satisfied with your outdoor gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance needs, we make the exchange and return process simple and efficient.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to pull up your purchase history.

  Select Items and Reason

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason from the dropdown menu to help us improve our gear.

• 3.
  Print Your Prepaid Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by the portal and securely package your items in their original packaging if possible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
